Something big has happened in the Punch and Judy world. For the last year events have been going on around the UK to celebrate Mr Punch reaching 350 years old. This is thanks to The Big Grin Organisation for more information click here to visit there website. It took three years of planning to put this huge festival on in London last year. Now if you missed this great event it does not matter as The Big Grin have put together a book and a DVD with three hours of material on.
The book has been described as a coffee table book with text from fellow Professors and Images of last year's event.
The DVD is three hours long spread out onto three discs.
Disc 1: The Big Grin Birthday and May Fayre, Weymouth Festival as well as Lincoln Festival (which I was a part of)
Disc 2: Mr Punch's day out, Scenes from the Big Grin, the birthday party
Disc 3: Professor Files, Punch a living tradition,
If you would like to purchase either of these items the book is £20 plus £3.10 standard delivery. The DVD is also £20 plus £1.60 standard delivery. If you buy them together it is £3.10 p&p. You can also have the items sent by recorded delivery (which I strongly recomenned) please add £1.10 to the above price.
